Welcome to Fröå Gruva! Fröå Gruva is a combination of several constructions and crofts, a unique environment with mines, , allotments and excavated hills The mining community is beautifully placed at Åreskutans eastern side. The paths are many, and the piles of excavates are interesting with glints of copper here and there. Guiding interesting literature and souvenirs is available at Fyrkanten and you can have a snack at Bergstugan. So come and visit us! Fröå is a genuine summer-place but it's also a good place to skiing in by the fine skiing tracks from Årebjörnen. Bergstugan is open all winter.
